Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped directly from our US-based fulfillment partners.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Beauty/skincare products must be sealed to qualify for return
• Final sale items are not eligible for return
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@glowist-usa.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping label instructions
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@glowist-usa.com with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
